Peter Ferrandino is the founder of Ferrandino & Son, a leading national construction and facility services company that delivers services to national multi-site companies including more than 60 Fortune 100 companies. Peter has an entrepreneurial spirit that has allowed him to build an organization that continues to see growth as it approaches 30 years in business.

Peter has focused on the continued growth of his construction services division as he leverages a unique value proposition to his customer base. For mature brands, he has become a strategic partner as he develops ground-up and fit-out projects throughout the entire US. For growth brands, he has become the turnkey solution to their building needs by either serving as the construction
manager and/or as a general contractor, depending on the client needs. He has dedicated account teams in each market that allows him to scale his team to mirror the growth of these emerging companies.

Peter’s focus is partnering with companies to help them develop and grow their store portfolio through commercial development. His vast knowledge of both commercial real estate & construction was a natural fit for this type of engagement. The clients feel the ability to have a turnkey solution from site selection to final construction offers them great flexibility on how fast they can scale.


Jon Gaiman brings a wealth of experience in the real estate, construction, and design space, playing a significant role with companies such as McDonalds, Starbucks, Dunkin Brands and most recently, Driven Brands. While at Starbucks, Gaiman led the expansion from a primarily West Coast-based footprint into what is now the dominant coffee brand across the country.

With Dunkin Brands, he led a national expansion, adding more than 3,000 locations through an aggressive real estate and construction strategy. At Driven Brands, as Chief Development Officer, he grew multiple aftermarket automotive brands by leveraging his vast experience in franchise sales, real estate, construction and design.

A seasoned development executive, Gaiman brings a successful track record of developing and leading high-performing teams. He excels in working alongside brand leaders to develop shared goals and action plans that drive long-term growth.
